§         Created design of SAP FI-Accounts Payable implementation crossover due to PG&E reorganization, including configurations using IMG, business process improvements, and design of SAP components

§         Designed & implemented Crossworlds business objects for SAP such as MM-Purchasing, Vendors, GL Ledger, SD Sales Quotes, SD Orders, Employee. Created structure of each business object and mapping of input fields to SAP structures. Also developed methods to create, update, delete each business object, using BAPIs, IDOCs, workflow, custom enhancements and BDCs.

§         SAP Technical Lead for Bechtel project, spearheading small team in converting HR legacy payroll history and balance data into SAP, using ULK9 schema. Assist in leadership role on other ABAP development issues and responsibilities. Reviewed issues of conversion, BDCs, interfaces.

§         SAP Technical Lead/Developer for AT&T/Covergys. Assisted in bringing GO-LIVE for 3 customers of AT&T over 4 weeks, implementing HR Personnel Admin, Benefits and Payroll data. Facilitated issue solution, ABAP problems.  Debugged and optimized SAP BAPIs for HR â�“ benefits calculations, etc.

§         HR analyst & developer for LSI Logic. Provided SAP ABAP/4 development knowledge transfer, BDC data transfer of HR positions and employee master data, highly detailed HR report development.
