Lotus Notes 7.01 Migration
Engineer - Developed and tested rollout and migration processes using Wolcotts
ADT (Automated Deployment Tool) and Binary Trees CMT for Notes (Common Migration
Tool 2006.099) for 10,000 users including Apple MAC users. Developed several
customizations to Domino Web Access (DWA) 7.01 mail template. Developed migration tools to import groups
into Directory from Excel, import rooms and resources, reset Domino Web Access
preferences via automated mailin database process, reset connection and location documents for MAC users. Developed process to auto expire migrated
documents into a multiuse personal archive database (used for local migration
and Notes archive) to set quota at 300mb post migration. Developed server pass1 and server pass 2
migration process for Exchange and GroupWise MAC users using ADT to set the
migration values with relative dates in CMT Tool. Provided documentation on
ADT/CMT configurations, Transformation Management Plan and Support/Help Desk
Enablement.

Provided IBM Lotus Notes 6.5 training, installation and configuration support
to MetLife - Australia users being migrated from Microsoft Outlook/Exchange to
IBM Lotus Notes/Domino 6.5 via the Binary Tree CMT for Notes and CMT for Public
Folders (Common Migration Tool).
Training sessions were provided to 130 users as live group workshops and
one-on-one sessions. Migrated and
validated the users Microsoft Exchange server data to IBM Lotus Notes. Provided Domino application
support for migrating Public Folders to Lotus Domino applications. Configured CARDSCAN scanner to use Lotus
Notes and share the scanned business card data with multiple users. Provided an application
solution for storing Marketing Presentations to a Lotus Notes database for
access by the Marketing Group.
Documented, reported and resolved end user migration issues. Tested and debugged all aspects of the Lotus
Notes/Domino server and client including email, applications and networking

be outsourced to IBM. R3 is the third release focused on e-Learning
implementation using the IBM Lotus Learning Management System 1.05 technology. There were two main functions performed on
this project:
R3 Learning Management System Application Consultant
/ Functional Analyst IBM customer
facing consultant to CIGNA. Responsible for determination of application
configuration needs, client requirements, Fit-Gap Analysis and Functional
Design Specifications for new LMS customizations. Configured LMS system in dev, staging and
production including user role automatic assignments via LDAP attributes, auto
enrollment profiles, access control lists for root LMS and catalogs using LDAP
attributes and all other LMS application settings. Authored, modified and finalized deliverable
documentation: Application Configuration and Control Tables Inventory,
Functional Specifications for all customizations, Functional and Technical
Design As-Built Specification, Roles Based Security Matrix and Requirements
Traceability Matrix. Facilitated
configuration workshops, Steering Committee Demo, and other meetings/demos as

R3 Learning Management System Test Manager Coordinated all aspects of the R3 LMS Test
implementation including test creation, test tracking, problem validation,
coordination with developers and testers, problem reporting and closure of (TPRs) Test Problem Reports. Tested end to
