Recently developed a Race and Sports Book and check request data base system. This system will allow all maintenance functionally and lookup capabilities and will perform interfaces into the Infinium Payables Ledger system to create vendors and invoice vouchers. Served as Project Lead and technical lead to convert Timeworks time and attendance system over to Kronos. Provided technical support for Infinium year end upgrades and reporting (1099, W2) for HR/PY and financial applications 2004 – 2007. Served as a Project Lead and Sr. Analyst/Programmer in an Infinium Environment to develop a Vacation and Flex Time recalculation process to recalculate all Vacation/Flex Balances since the initial cutover from Caesar’s Entertainment to Colony Resorts. Developed a Benefit Cutover process to convert employee current enrollments into new plans based on calculated annualized income. Performed development of an Hours Exception reporting process which identified exceptions to FT and PT status based on actual payroll productive hours. Performed development of a Before and After Audit reporting process which identifies all changes to the Infinium Main Files HR/PY files (Basic Master, Payroll Master and Personnel Master). Developed a Benefit Extract process which extracts information for all Resorts properties from the Infinium Data bases for submission to a 3rd party Vendor for producing Benefit Statements. Served as technical lead to perform Infinium HR/PY 10.4 Upgrades for six Properties. Also served as Sr. Analyst/Programmer in an Infinium Environment to develop an interface from Benefit Enrollments into a Cigna Client Eligibility Database. Process included the flexibility of selecting multiple property databases and creating extraction files conforming to Cigna Ace formats and an archive of files sent. Reporting included detailed auditing of qualified enrollments and their beneficiaries, comprehensive exceptions detected, control file auditing and summary reporting. Development also included a maintenance process for an Enrollment Plan Control file which qualified plans and enrollments to extract. Continuing to provide Support and development. Developed TSA (403b) Matching process to calculate employer match percentages on a bi-weekly basis external from the Infinium System. Development also included processing for an YTD True-Up Adjustment process to account for annual salary adjustments such as bonuses, rate increases and retro-pay. Updates were made to the employer match fields within the Infinium Deduction Ledger files for Audit Trail and online inquiry purposes.

Served as a team member to perform an ERP Assessment to determine if this solution would be cost justified for the MGM Mirage 23 Properties. This included evaluating SAP and ORACLE against Infinium with presentations of each solutions capabilities, projected cost and current cost of ownership. This project was undertaken to justify additional budget for a more in depth assessment. Additionally, I modified an interface to provide Smith Barney stock investment executive information to comply with latest format requirements.

Client: California Healthcare West (CHW) All Divisions

Served as a Technical Lead and Analyst/Programmer to develop solutions to bring all Infinium Payroll Calculations in Compliance with the Federal Labor Standards Act (FLSA). This included Payroll Procedural changes, Custom Calculations and Audit Reporting. This approach is currently being rolled out to all CHW Divisions. Once a solution was developed for remediation, this approach was used to develop a Historical Recalculation of Payroll for determining Liability which included recalculating Payroll on the employee/facility level for three plus years. Also performed Year End Infinium Upgrades for HR/PY, GL/AP and Technical Development of Open Enrollment Interfaces from Watson-Wyatt Benefit Applications.

Served as Project Co-Lead with responsibilities of coordinating conversion resources, defining requirements, conducting weekly status meetings with Users and Senior Management and developing Documentation. Also responsible for Developing Interfaces to and from the AS/400 and LAN using FTP processing. This included Time and Attendance entry using Matrix, Direct Deposits, Check Reconciliation, 401K Processing, Financial Interfaces and Flex Benefits Import and Export. I was also responsible for performing all AM2000 Platform administration.

Upgrades included Infinium Financials; PL 3.2 to PL 11.0, GL 10.0 to GL 11.0 and Applied Application Program Changes (APC’s) to Infinium Human Resources; PY 9.2 A-G. Project required retrofitting of customized programs to newly released programs, testing and production installation. No major issues were encountered. I coordinated offsite payroll processing when AS/400 crashed with no major issues.

Both Companies were Upgraded two weeks apart and considered extremely successful with No Major Issues. I also worked as a key member on an AS/400 CISC to RISC Migration Team and a PRMS/Y2K Upgrade Project. Both Projects went very well with no down time to the User Community. As an independent Consultant, I was contracted to the same LA based Company as my previous employer. My responsibilities included production support, maintenance and development, as Business needs dictated on both a Unisys V380 and AS/400 E45 platform. My role on the Unisys was to serve as a consultant assisting in the application migration of the Revenue Billing System to the AS/400 and Operational Systems to a VAX platform. Within the AS/400 Environment, I assisted in development of their Revenue Billing System, served as a Project Leader in the production installation of Software 2000’s Purchase Management System and development of a Tiered Delivery Discount System as a sub Module to the Revenue Billing System.
