EXPERIENCE 3/3/2010-Present Astron Consulting, LLC, Morris Plains, NJ Sr. Sales Manager � IT Consulting  Senior Sales Manager-IT Division; Strong project management and organizational skills which include: Recruiting and screening potential consulting candidates in the areas of IT system support, architecture, analysis, infrastructure, programming, migrations, scripting and security code and meeting the needs of our top fortune 100 clients. Cold calling new sales leads and generating leads from job boards, postings, networks, blogs and forums, as well as maintaining existing customer needs. Responsible for all facets of day to day operations which included:  Finance; full charge bookkeeping to include A/R, A/P, posting to general ledger, financials, monthly budgets, payroll, invoicing, filing, collections.  Advertising; Generated sales leads, organized trade shows, ad layout & brochure designs  Developed and maintained company website using FrontPage, HTML, and Java including which included embedded video introduction and company overview. Set up online purchase order processing with a cart option via Paypal.  Procured product through import and export as well as local suppliers, negotiated purchase contracts with vendors overseas as well as in the USA working with financial institutions on deposit options, LC�s and other funding options. Set up wire transfers, customs paperwork, FDA registration, dispatching drivers and scheduling shipments and weekly inventory analysis.  Managed a sales team of 4 including a remote office located in Richmond VA, with video meetings weekly, via Skype. Developed and helped maintain all ISO procedures and binders.  Received commendation and $1000 bonus for implementing cost saving plan for photocopy reduction . 1987-1990 Warnock Automotive East Hanover, NJ Executive Assistant/Secretary  Worked as Executive Secretary to CFO answering phone calls, writing correspondence, taking customer phone calls when issues arose and helping to resolve them.  Prepared financial reports, working with all the dealerships to prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales productivity reports, faxing and filing.  Created a Lotus Macro program which allowed all dealerships throughout NJ to report daily sales statistics online for a real time compilation of daily sales results.  Obtained Employee of the Month Status three times while employed. 1984-1987 Horizon Bank Parsippany, NJ Executive Assistant/Secretary  Worked as Executive Secretary to Vice President of Credit Card Division.  Prepared reports for Visa and Mastercard USA on a monthly basis.  Worked with Merchant Services to help provide support and customer service.  Developed custom Lotus macros to run queries and provide reports for Merchant Processing end of month filings.  Attended AMA Courses and attended Dbase Programming classes to help facilitate easier reporting mechanisms within the merchant service division.  Customer correspondence, phones, filing, faxing and general office responsibilities.
