Project 3: FLOW THRU SOLUTIONS (Development)
Project Overview: FTS (Flow through Solutions) is an internal system used by the service centers. Qwest IT
constructs a service order based on the service requests sent to it by the various portals. The service orders are
then sent to the service order processors (SOP) for editing and distribution. No orders would be constructed
and sent on to the SOPs. All requests would queue in the portals until FTS was available again or the business
would have to manually create the orders. Impacts transactions coming from C+, IMA, IOT, PPO, and eBill
portals.
