The Company

The company contains three offices. The company has its headquarters in Cheyenne, Wyoming. In addition, it has two programming offices, one is in Rousse, Bulgaria while the other is in Karachi, Pakistan. Each office is headed by a Project Manager who takes direction from Jeffrey L. Recht, the president of the company. Mr Recht reviews all work prior to it being delivered to the client and in addition, all work that is in progress is also reviewed by Mr. Recht. Mr. Recht communicates with each of the programming offices on a daily basis. All files are moved back and forth via the company's FTP sites. In addition to the services offered, the company is marketing four products for sale. The company developed its product line, which is aimed at small to medium sized businesses, these products released for marketing to general public via the Internet and Direct Marketing.

All programmers that work for the company have to pass a competency test, to prove that their experience matches their resume. The company's programmers have years of experience in Visual Basic, Visual C++, Access, Pascal, Oracle, FoxPro/Visual FoxPro, Clipper, dBase, Paradox, HTML and Java. In addition, the company's programmers are also experienced with such new types of programs that are in form of Active X components and Dynamically Linked Libraries. Each Project Manager, has been a programmer for at least 7 years. In fact, our project manager for the Karachi office is an Associate Professor at the University of Karachi, in Computer Science.

Mr. Recht has over 21 years programming experience. Throughout these many years, Mr Recht has written programs that has integrated both hardware and software for various functions, such as inventory control for large government warehouses of the General Services Administration, point of sale, faxback operations of a software company's help desk. Other types of applications that Mr. Recht has extensive experience in, includes financial analysis, real estate information systems, for the University of California, communication programs for the California Highway Patrol as well as writing an application to project their staffing needs at their communication centers throughout the state of California.

The company also has put in a CD-Rom manufacturing facility. This facility will manufacture CD-Roms for both clients and itself. This will allow it's clients to install applications on user sites no matter where they are. Included in this service will be packaging, manual writing, labeling of the CD-Rom, Jewell Box Insert printing, and the CD-Rom mastering and copying.

Programming Services

The company recently completed includes tracking all Emergency Medical Responses for any county within the state of California. This application has been optimized to connect with SQL server. In addition, this application has also been optimized to handle over 10,000 data entry records daily, without any connection to SQL Server. The company has also completed software tools that use OLE automation to bridge the gap from a legacy system to the modern software.The company also has successfully completed several y2k projects, a personnel scheduling program for a Major Northern California Fire Department and a greeting card program.Other projects include a historical greeting card production program and a concrete pumping program.

The programming services include setting up a flow chart of the application to be designed, all design work, coding, testing and debugging. Maintenance Agreements can be also made, so that needed changes to the application can be made, at anytime and corrections of problems that users sometimes tend to create. Included in this are upgrades to an existing application that your company has. It should be noted, that in many cases an upgrade may involve extensive rewriting of existing code, since over time, database languages have changed dramatically. The company has extensive experience in the version upgrade/conversion of applications to the latest versions of a software platform. In the larger projects, version control methods are implemented from the start. Graphic User Interfaces can also be made to include the latest in automation methods. The company also has extensive experience with Active X components and maintains a large library of these components. Another specialty of the company is the integration of hardware devices with the database software application. Examples of this is integration would be the use of bar code scanners, fax modems, etc.

Web Page Design Services

Web design service will include designing and testing of a Web site and publishing the Web site on the Host's site. Services offered are H.T.M.L., Active X component design, integration of a Web site with Visual FoxPro 5.0, 6.0 (for database integration with the Web site). Java applets can be added in that gives the web site automated graphics along with the usage of gif images. The company has experienced programmers in this specialty, as well. Included in this, is the use of secured transaction processing for such items as credit card transactions, password entry, etc. Not included in this service is the graphic design function of the gif files. However, we can recommend a competent graphic artist that specializes in the production of these files.

Requirements Analyses

This involves the analysis and review of a current application (either a proposed or existing, computer application) and give a written report that would discuss the current problems with the application and recommend a path of corrective action. Further, every report is written with the idea that Mr. Recht would personally oversee such an implementation of the recommendations. Included in this service is the establishment of specifications that are well defined for the use by a professional programmer.

Project Management

The company has the ability to successfully apply Project Management skills to any enterprise/environment from Securities Investment to Physical Inventory Control, including such areas as LAN design and implementation, Operating System upgrades, NOS upgrades. The company has the proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure Client deliverables are received on time and within budget while maintaining a high degree of Quality. The company is familiar with a variety of project management tools used to schedule, track, and report project activities.The company has over 18 years of project management experience. Some of the projects that Mr. Recht has managed included the oversight of over 20 people in a remote site some 2,000 miles from the main office that he managed as well. Here, Mr. Recht's experience varies from projects that ranged from inventory analyses, feasibility studies, system upgrade implementations, network analysis, design and implementation, remote communication design and implementation. This service also includes Systems Implementation, a Programming Application Development, Network Design, etc.
