FundStation, a client/server database used to collect mutual fund pricing data,
calculate performance figures, and distribute reports, I:
- Acted as the liaison between bank management and a project team located
in 8 cities and 2 time zones in the U.S.
and Canada,
consisting of external vendors/service providers as well as bank staff.
- Gathered business requirements.
- Analyzed FundStation capabilities, and determined the necessary
level of customization.
- Worked with the Fund Accounting Group to implement a solution to
feed daily pricing data to FundStation, provide contingency reporting
capability, and maintain a backup
database in the event of a FundStation failure.
- Managed the development of a Lotus Notes/Domino
database/WWW site for bank-wide (internal) and worldwide (external)
distribution of FundStation reports.
