Computer Programming Skills:

Lotus Notes:   
1.  Lead Developer:  Developed a Lotus Notes Survey Application, "First Time Every Time", for Long John Silver Company. This application is distributed to 750 stores via replication for conducting survey on quality of service and products through area managers.  Complex result calculations and highly modular point system were implemented in this application.  Some of the features such as backend mail forward and implementation security without Lotus Notes standard security (without the use of ACL groups and Roles due to not having consistent ACL on local copies on store computes) required complex developmental strategies. 

2.  Team Lead and Lotus Notes Specialist:  Handled the entire domain merger for Convergys Corporation. Critical business processes such as customer billing and customer service are dependent on applications like TeleServices, Client Management Services and Amex Quality Observation.  Merger encompassed migrating old databases to the new domain, removing hard coded paths and legacy code and implementing profile document based relative path system, reorganizing database security and redesigning and improving the performance of these application using advanced LotusScript. Also instrumental in the architecture and implementation a unified functional notes directory scheme for Convergys.  

3.  Lead Developer:  Developed an e-commerce application for Kendle Corporation using Domino.  This application is designed to share corporate information on the internet.  Customer can log on to the site and can share information pertinent to them in a secured way through work rooms.  Sophisticated process automation and security system was setup in this application.

4.  Lead Developer:  Developed an e-commerce application for generating dynamic survey on the internet for Pall-Gellman Scientific company.  This application allows any authorized employee to create survey profile and survey questions in Notes for dynamically composing the survey document at the users request on the web.  Further, dynamic generation of statistics from previous user surveys and presented graphically to the current survey.  Surveys and questions part of a given survey can be enabled/disabled at any time allowing the changes to be propagated to the end users instantly. For managing the survey, security was implemented to restrict access to only the creators of survey.  

5.  Lead Developer:  Developed an-commerce intranet application for Henkel Corporation for accessing information through unified format from diverse database sources.  Extent of information accessible about a given customer has been programmatically restricted based on the geographically based user groups.  Users can generate dynamic listing information related to a given customer.

6.  Lead Developer: Designed a forecasting/objectives module for planning of paper sales for Consolidated Paper Inc, Chicago.   This is integrated with the existing sales force automation software 'Prevail'.  Very sophisticated programming and design elements are developed to achieve a complex process of forecasting.  Highly sophisticated script libraries are developed in this application.

7.  Lead Developer: Designed Workflow Application called "Intervention Cookbook" for Eli Lilly, Indianapolis.  Workflow involved different levels of approval of Interventions by different specialty groups such as Legal Department and Intervention Department.  This application embodies complex securities based on allowed readers and authors.  Functionality using Active X controls are implemented.  This application is also designed to work with previously designed Application called Score.  Power user will be able to use the advanced features of the database.  Trained Eli Lilly Admin and users on this database.

8.  Lead Developer: Designed a Complex import and export database application for importing from GoldMine contact management software for Ricoh.  Tagged text file is used as a input file for importing and imported records were segregated into different categories of documents in different destination database.  Documents from imported database are exported to different destinations databases based on the categories. This application will work in conjunction with "Prevail" Sales Force automation application.

9.  Lead Developer: Designed Workflow Forms Application with very powerful functionality for CBIS Company.  This application embodies rich communication Tracking capabilities of Lotus Notes.  This application replaces current paper based workflow.

10.  Lead Developer: Designed and Implemented Sales Force Automation Application 'Prevail' for Downing Displays Company. In Contact Manager special functionality of Multiple Zip codes association with a Sales Executive is implemented. Opportunity Manager customization included integration of Relational Products database with Notes for Quote/Order generation.  

11.  Designed Custom modules and Implemented in Contact Manager of Sales Force Automation Application* 'Prevail' for Eli Lilly Company.  Prevail Training Staff for Eli Lilly Sales teams.  Participated in training sessions involving about 40 Sales Executives at Indianapolis Headquarters and San Diego. 
* Won Q award for best sales and marketing software implementation in Eli Lilly Company.

12.   Customization was done for Contact Manager and Opportunity Manager of  Sales Force Automation Application 'Prevail' for Panasonic Company. 

13.  Contact Manager Customization was done for Hill-Rom Company.

14.  Designed a Project Information Application and Modules for Order Management Application for Steelox Company.

15.  Developed Marketing Event Database for Synergistics to track the dates and places for Meetings, Seminars and Marketing events.

16.  Developed Lotus Formula and Script Reference database.

Microsoft Access 95:   
1. Developed HCFA and UB92 claim data generator application (named it "Aladdin") for Managed Care Acceleration Project ( MCAP) at Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield Health Insurance Company.
2. Developing database for Catholic Health Initiative (CHI) organization, the biggest organization owning Hospitals in the USA, encompassing profiles of Health Care facilities and associated personnel.
3. Developed Laboratory Chemical/Biotechnology Product Inventory database program. 
4. Developed Database for Computer Consulting firms.

Visual Basic 6:           
1.  Added powerful functionality to the Aladdin claim data generator application with Visual Basic at Anthem Blue Cross.
2.  Developed Chi-Square analysis program for Mappair gene mapping project at University of Cincinnati.
3.  Developed sophisticated application for DataLogic Company using VB, OLE/Active-X object oriented programming to generate Excel monthly reports from a relational database source.  Reports included information about repair history of barcode scanners.
