SHORT BIO
Darrel is a senior executive with over twenty year’s management experience. He has succeeded in progressive assignments in operations, external relations including government, media, and technical management concentrating on operations, system development, and leveraging technology and processes. Responsibilities included COO, CIO, VP Operations, Quality Director, and Sr. Director Programs.
Darrel works effectively in line and staff management, performing organization restructuring, Project Management, software application development, project recapture, and acquisition evaluation and integration. He has recovered Turnaround Projects, operations, advised and directed substantial management teams, and managed major new technology enterprise financial, human resources, decision support, and other development, integration, and technology projects.
He has consulted and trained for organizations in the insurance, finance, high tech, government, energy, nonprofit and other fields. Darrel has a high Quality and process orientation, concentrating on results gained from continuous improvement, high team morale and performance, and attention to details yielding bottom-line results.
