Lead SAP MRO Consultant SM, PM
Lockheed Martin (Aerospace & Defense)
Responsibilities Included:  Leading a team of 15 individuals through the requirements gathering, process definition, SAP system design, SAP configuration, solution testing and successful go-live of the Navy’s Trident D5 missile program.  This design included setting up a SAP MRO solution to receive, disassemble, re-certify and re-assemble the current fleet of the Navy’s Trident D5 ballistic missiles.  The design also included the refurbishment of spare parts, PRT’s and Support Equipment. The design solution utilizes SAP GPD, Service Notifications, Service Orders, Functional Locations, Equipments, Serialization, Batch Management, Lot controls, Classification, General Maintenance Task Lists, Engineering Changes, DD250 and DD1149 processes.  The design also included the creation of a complex custom Equipment Hierarchy as-built and Serial Number History report.

ConAgra Foods (Food Industry)
Responsibilities Included:  Designing the Customer Order Management Cycle for the wholesale commodity food division at ConAgra.  Design included the entire process from quotation, contract, sales order processing, delivering and invoicing of the wholesale commodity goods.  The configuration included Inquiries, Quotes, Contracts, Sales Orders, Pricing, Deliveries, Billing and Invoicing.  I also helped design a custom GUI for processing the complex Quotation, Hedging and Pricing from the commodities Market (Chicago Mercantile).  This design included real-time commodity quotations from the market and directly created Inquiries and Quotations within SAP for accurate pricing and hedging for ConAgra sales reps as well as their customers.

Responsibilities included:  Go-live issue resolution, troubleshooting, business analysis, system performance analysis, configuration changes, authorizations, reporting, queries, and Helpdesk, as well as handling integration issues with FI, MM, and WM.  I also served as the lead SD consultant on a post go-live Six Sigma project analyzing the Interfaces between SAP and Caterpillar’s Inventory legacy system.

The configuration consisted of:  Definition and assignment of the Sales Area, Pricing, Account Assignment, Credit/Risk Management, Automatic Credit Control, Batch Management, Output determination, Text Control, Sales Order types, Contracts, Copy Control, Shipping Point Determination, Billing, and the SIS set-up for reports.  Also led the team through Customer Master Conversion, Pricing Record Conversion, and Customer Material Info Record set-up.

Responsibilities included: Developed Systems Requirement Document through Global Design Phase in MRO, Spares, Engineering, Technical Publications and Field Problem Resolution.  Developed System Requirements Document by conducting Macro and Micro Workshops to identify business processes.   Set-up Q&A database in ASAP with level 2-5 processes, task and activities. This task also involved assigning Transaction Codes.  Was responsible for the configuration of the Component Overhaul/Repair process integrating SD, PM and SM.  This design allows for receiving, inspecting, repairing, delivering, and Milestone Billing of repaired components. Responsibilities included:  Developing Service tracking system that allows users and Authorized Service Centers to support all service requirements and aircraft history through SAP GUI as well as the Internet. This entailed creating the necessary SM Notifications and SM orders for service tracking.  The range of functionality varied depending on user authorizations.  Some of the functionality included: install/de-install parts, recording aircraft maintenance history, recording aircraft service and inspections, display service bulletins and airworthiness directives, updating aircraft hours and cycles, SQUAWK entry, Airworthiness Status Report, Maintenance Due Report, Work Cards, Functional Locations, Equipments, Installed Bases, Maintenance Strategies, Service Bulletins, Maintenance Plans, Work Centers, Control Keys, Measurement Documents, Counters and Aircraft Budgeting Reports.
