NOTABLE ACCOMPLISHMENTS

* Assisted a NC textile manufacturer implement and configure the next
release of PkMS, a warehouse management system. The project also involved
the implementation of RFID warehouse scanning, the printing of barcode
labels using Mark Magic 3.2 and the interfacing of several different EDI
trading partners with PkMS. This helped the company become much more
productive in the preparation and shipment of their products.

* Worked with a NC mortgage insurance company to allow them to offer a
107% mortgage financing product to their customers. Their bread and
butter mortgage program had to be modified extensively before it was
ready for production. This then made it possible for the company to offer
this new product, as well as focus on their companywide conversion to an
Oracle system.

* Helped a CT manufacturing company convert from an outdated non-Y2K
compliant HP-3000 COBOL system to an AS/400 running the PRMS 8.4 ERP
software package. This allowed them to become fully Y2K compliant and
also able to have a fully integrated system to run their business.

* Migrated a CT home care agency from standalone PCs to a companywide IBM
System/36 running a home care management system designed for this type of
facility. This provided much more uniformity and better control over data.

BUSINESS REFERENCES

"During his course of employment, Richard proved himself to be an able
employee, a hard worker and well versed in RPG programming. I was very
impressed with Richard's ability to come in to a new environment, quickly
acclimate himself and get down to the work that needed to be accomplished.
Overall, Richard is a very conscientious and able employee. I certainly
believe he would be an asset to any company needing programming expertise
in the RPG AS/400 field."

"Tony (MIS Director) is completely satisfied with your work. He mentioned
that you are very productive, very creative, and might be one of the
hardest working individuals he has ever seen! Keep up the good work; we
appreciate it."
(Matt Briand, IT Recruiter, ITECH Consulting Partners, Newtown, CT - 1999)

"You've done a real good job from what I've been made aware of. Keep up
the good work."

"You have been extremely helpful to me and I wish you the best in your
endeavors"
(William W. Fly, CDP, Director of I.S., Unger & Associates, Dallas, TX 1992) - (214)539-8305 (H)

"Rick applied his talent immediately, assisted in closing the year, while
becoming familiar with HSP, the S/36 programs and equipment. He
methodically improved the capacity and workings of the system, saving
money and time, for our new equipment was at near capacity by poor
maintenance processing. Rick's calm and independent consistency will serve
any employer well."
