      BPM/Workflow systems.
      Lead a team developing process architecture for BPEL and XPDL using
      Java, Eclipse, Spring and Hibernate.
      Designed and built products for rules (using Prolog) and Web interface
      (using JSP, HTML, CSS, XML, XSLT), integrated with Portal.
      Database performance analysis, particularly for Oracle.

1996-1999  InConcert an XSoft company (part of Xerox) (consulting)
      Lead teams building products around a 3-tier workflow architecture,
      both customer specific (GUI using C++, MFC, AutoCAD) and core (TEOSS).

1990-1996  Dataware: VP of Software Development, then Architecture
      Startup to 100-person development department in five cities.
      CD database authoring and retrieval product.

1986-1990  Bolt Beranek and Newman (BBN)
      Managed the Network Analysis Tools groups (design and analysis tools)
      Program management for a large customer.

1983-1986  Infocom (Maker of Zork)
      Managed a group developing a personal database: Cornerstone.
      Managed the interpreters group, wrote interpreters.

1976-1983 Bedford Computer (NH) VP of Development (Hardware & Software)
      Complex WYSIWYG Typography. Built hardware and software, markup
      translators, math editor, galley flowing.

1971-1976 MIT Project Mac/Lab for Computer Science
      Computer Graphics systems + Lisp. Software for Psychology Dept.
      vision experiments.
