The following projects illustrate the variety of technical and business experience I have.

Write more than 100 technical solutions to customer issues with managing network security through registration, authentication, and endpoint compliance for a variety of wired and wireless devices and clients on an EDU or enterprise network.
9/04 – present
Write more than 40 technical references for large .NET/SQL Server integration project of 3rd-party products with backend proprietary services, upgrading from mainframe system to web-based system supporting independent agents. References were written to document portal, source subsystems (e.g., Policy Administration, Billing, e-Documents, DataWarehouse, Claims) and base system integration utilizing BizTalk orchestrations for asynchronous communications and message queuing for source-target transactions.

Manage development of documentation and knowledge transfer to support HD’s web-based PHR (Patient Health Record) and PHA (Patient Health Assessment) projects. Develop a documentation plan to satisfy SOW deliverables. Retrieve and edit documents from SMEs, write missing documentation, and post all SharePoint for easy team retrieval, signoff, and delivery.
