History and Facts The company germinated in the vibrant minds of a couple of young students who then walked the corridors of the Gujarat University. Realizing the need for a world-class software firm in Ahmedabad they decided to pursue their dream in spite of the high odds. Established in 2002 the company became fully operational in late 2003 and by the end of the financial year in 2007 it will have exceeded Rupees Twenty million in revenue and will have more than 50 employees. Attrition rate is almost zero because of company’s strong ethical values and its constant efforts towards improving work culture. Infrastructure Infrastructure of DIGICorp is spread over 2000 sq feet of office area in one of the most posh areas of the city, equipped with a Mega Server, high performance workstations, Laptops and a wireless network. We make sure that development of the project is not ill aid due to lack of infrastructure. For internet we are having two broadband lines with back up lines of 512 kbps speed, Configured SMTP, FTP Server for better client communication and internally using Microsoft Exchange with employee’s communication. Human Resource DIGICorp’s core strength lies in its human resource. Barring the 4 well experienced key persons of DIGICorp, 40% of the total employees are engineers in computer field from reputed universities having expertise in different domains and the rest hold either masters or bachelors degree in computer applications. Beside the team’s educational qualification it is their desire and dedication towards quality work that makes the world of difference in our company. DIGICorp is having one of the best consultants in India Prof. B.V. Buddhadev as its Chief Technical Officer (CTO) who is Electronics Engineer and done his M.Tech from IIT Delhi. They have about 25 Years of Experience in IT field and being consulting many Ahmedabad based software companies; he guides our company in technical matters and is chief architect of most of the projects in DIGICorp. Currently DIGICorp is having employee strength of 27 which covers teams of web, window, and mobile development. Also there is dedicated testing team and a network administrator. |
