Provided executive leadership to large North America ERP business transformation program covering US and Canada for a fortune 500 company
Led migration of EIGHT acquired businesses in the US and THREE acquired businesses in Canada onto Global Technology Platform on SAP. Chaired end to end program to completion along with C-level stakeholder management
Leading all IT functions for North America including infrastructure, systems operations, program delivery, enterprise information management, business solutions management and IT support
Defined new IT organization structure for North America as part of global initiative to split current organization into two separate legal entities
Extensive experience in managing and heading delivery of large SAP transformation programs
Currently engaged by the CFO of a fortune 500 company to head national business transformation program and also serve as interim head of IT for North America since Q1 2015.
Solid experience with Technology Architecture that started as Solution Architect with SAP America more than a decade ago
Experience leading strategic IT programs with many Big 4 and global technology vendors
Prior to 2013, I have been leading many large global business SAP transformation programs with a broad spectrum of clients many with over $10 Billion in revenue
Part of SAP America since 2001, initially as a Solution Architect and then moving into project management and program management roles. Re-hired by SAP after departure to serve in a contract engagement to provide technology development and deployment leadership
